A fresh look at opportunities on technical training for rural women

A very special event marked the end of our 2015 project, Empowering Migrant Women in El Alto. On December 19 in and in front of the “Future House” El Alto and La Paz technical training institutions gathered together as a fair, offering information on their present training and schooling. The audience came from 1ero de Mayo neighborhood aswell as inland, several former scholars of our technial training program assisted.
Ex-scholars that attended the fair took advantage of the day to meet with their then “host mother” Filomena. As a great finale, they assisted a theatrical play together in La Paz.
