“Leadership workshop” for leaders of social organizations in Yanacachi

This month, in cooperation with the Dutch organization “Libre Foundation”, a 6-day workshop in Yanachachi was carried out to improve the leadership skills of social grassroots organisations. Here techniques and skills such as conflict management, team leadership and rhetoric were taught. In addition to the Chairman of the neighboorhood Association, the miners’ union and the Youth Committee there were also different national NGOs who found themselves amongst the course participants. The Dutchman Erik Bos’s ‘’Libre Foundation’’ was founded more than ten years ago to promote personal development.
