News we gather first hand on-site from communities, grass root organizations and the communal administration is the hallmark of our project “public access” to promote informed citizenship in our home county of Yanacachi in the Yungas Region of La Paz. The voices and images of those who move local developments and those affected by them are made public on rural radio and various social media
